Lecturing and consultancy

Working closely with Martin Randall Travel, the UK’s leading special cultural tour company, Marc has developed and leads and lectures a number of gastronomic cultural tours to France, Italy and England. In the coming years, he will be leading tours in Italy to Veneto, Emilia-Romagna, Piedmont, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Le Marche, Sicily; in France to Provence and Alsace; and in England to The West Country. Marc is a wine, food and editorial consultant. For the past 20 years, he has worked closely with Michael Caines, the 2-star Michelin chef, helping him to deliver a consistent editorial message about his activities and properties such as Lympstone Manor. Marc is the editor of the Lympstone Manor ‘A Passion for Wine’ electronic publication.

As a patron of the Oxford Cultural Collective, which aims to promote better understanding of food and drink in pursuit of personal fulfilment, professional development and social change, Marc works closely with chair Donald Sloan to help deliver cultural events and happenings as well as educational opportunities, together with other OCC patrons including Paul Bloomfileld, Jessica Harris, Geraldene Holt, Ken Hom, Madhur Jaffrey, Jeremy Lee, Michael Caines, Jeremiah Tower and Jean Roberts.
