Marc and Kim Millon have been travelling, eating, drinking, writing and taking photographs for the past four decades. Over this period they have acquired a vast amount of knowledge about regional food and drink in Britain (and especially the West Country), Italy, France, Spain and elsewhere. They are the authors of thirteen books on these topics, and have contributed regularly to major publications such as Food & Travel Magazine, Italy Magazine, Slow, and many others.
